Hello, thank you for browsing and shopping at Admirable Hair for your hair needs. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. Please ensure to thoroughly read this policy as it is very important. Note: Weekends|holidays aren’t included with shipping+pickup time.
Domestic Shipping & Pickup Policy
Items On Hand = 2-3 Business Days (Located under “Ready To Ship”) Need hair asap? Check out this specific tab for same day shipping & pickup.
Items Not on hand = 7-8 business days
If the item is not on hand, please give us (5) total business days to receive once your order is placed. Once we receive your item, please check your email for your tracking number or pickup confirmation within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are NOT included.
Colored wigs & 34’-40’ wigs will need an extra 1-day for processing, please give us (6) total business days to receive once your order is placed. Once we receive your item, please look out for tracking # or pickup confirmation within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are NOT included.
Pickup Details
When selecting pickup, you will receive a “Pickup Confirmation” email from info@admirablehair.com once we receive your item and your item is ready for pickup! It is recommended to have a open schedule for pickup.
Appointment Confirmation
If you are not purchasing hair on hand, and you would like to schedule an appointment and/or event please send us an email first to confirm wether your item will arrive in time. It is an up charge for overnight shipping! Email: info@admirablehair.com
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Admirable Hair, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All packages also require a signature so we can ensure that you receive your product.
Damages
Admirable Hair, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
